Dear Phil, just a quick note to thank you so much for going above and beyond the call of duty over the Christmas period when you came round and dealt with my small but significant problem with the drains. I did not even know t hat you dealt with that “sort of thing” but believe me i am so glad that you did; and all for such a reasonable price.

Everyone was very impressed, not least my next door neighbour, who is very complimentary about you and there is not doubt in his mind who he is going to call if and when the need arises in the future.
